- Only fully paid registrations will be confirmed
- Notice of cancellation must be received in writing
- A 50% deduction of your registration fee will be charged for cancellations received after Monday, 21 July 2025
- No refunds will be processes after Monday, 22 September 2025
- Exhibition Setup: Exhibitors who are building custom stands may commerce set-up from 09h00 on Sunday 5 October 25. All other exhibitors may have access to the exhibition area from 14h00 on Sunday, 5 October 2025.
- NB – The Exhibition is open to delegates from 07h00 on Monday, 6 October 2025.
- Exhibition Breakdown: Breakdown may ONLY commence from 17h00 on Tuesday, 7 October 2025.
