Terms and Conditions

  • Only fully paid exhibition stand bookings will be confirmed
  • Only fully paid registrations with a COVID-19 vaccination certificate or nagetive COVID-19 Rapid Antigen Test will gain access to the conference
  • Exhibition stand payment to be settled in full 30 days from date of invoice
  • Notice of cancellation must be received in writing
  • A 50% deduction of your registration fee will be charged for cancellations received after Thursday, 30th June 2022 and a 75% deduction of your registration fee will be charged for cancellations received after Thursday, 7th July 2022.
  • No refunds will be passed after Thursday, 14th July 2022.
  • No refunds will be permitted to any delegate with a positive COVID-19 Rapid Antigen Test result on the day of the conference
  • Exhibition Setup: Exhibitors who are building custom stands may commence set-up from 09h00 on Sunday, 31st July 2022. All other exhibitors may have access to the exhibition area from 14h00 on Sunday, 31stJuly 2022.
  • NB – The Exhibition is open to delegates from 09h00 on Monday, 1st August 2022.
  • Exhibition Breakdown: Breakdown may ONLY commence from 17h00 on Tuesday, 2nd August 2022.
