Dr Geraldine Timothy is a public health medicine specialist with expertise in healthcare quality measurement and reporting, patient-centred care strategies, and responsive healthcare design and her extensive experience in strategic healthcare management enables her strong focus on amplifying the voice of the patient.

She holds a Master of Medicine in Community Health and is a Public Health Medicine Fellow of the College of Medicine, South Africa. As the Head of Quality of Care at Discovery Health, Dr. Timothy leads initiatives to integrate patient feedback into strategic risk management, value-based contracting, and quality improvement efforts.
