Dr Karisha Claudia Quarrie is the Operations Manager for the Clinical Directorate within Life Healthcare group. She is a medical doctor and specialist forensic pathologist and holds a Master of Medicine degree from the University of Stellenbosch and a fellowship from the Colleges of Medicine of South Africa. During her career she has managed multiple high profile medico-legal cases and has given expert witness testimony in both magisterial and high courts.

Her career pivot to Life Healthcare involves clinical governance implementation and clinical risk oversight. She is an active member of the Council of Forensic Pathologist at the Colleges of Medicine of South Africa and an active ethics speaker.
