Dr Mbete is part of the leadership team of Percept Actuaries and Consultants, a transdisciplinary consultancy which works across sectors which intersect with healthcare to create social impact. In addition to independent healthcare strategy consulting, she serves as one of six global Principals who lead the Leapfrog to Value collective envisioning compassionate and high quality health systems that achieve improved societal outcomes at a better cost. Leapfrog to value is a multicounty collective which champions value-based care to unlock value for care-seekers, providers and funders in South Africa, Kenya, Ghana, India and other countries in the global south.
