Dr Rolan Christian is the CEO of CareConnect. CareConnect is a not-for-profit organisation formed to facilitate the authorised exchange of information between healthcare organisations to ensure patients receive the best possible care. CareConnect’s Health Information Exchange (HIE) makes it possible for health professionals to access the critical information they need to deliver good quality, efficient healthcare, wherever and whenever they need it.

Dr Christian is an experienced Information, Communication and Technology (ICT) professional who has experience across multiple industries, such as telecommunications, financial services, healthcare, management consulting and Internet-based businesses. In CareConnect his focus areas include leadership, business strategy, stakeholder governance and collaboration, product development, digitisation and commercialization. Dr Christian holds both a PhD (Electrical Engineering) and Masters in Business Leadership (MBL).
