Meg Guerin-Calvert

Founding President of the Center for Healthcare Economics and Policy, FTI Consulting

Meg is FTI Consulting’s founding president of its Center for Healthcare Economics and Policy. With over 30 years of experience as an economist in competition and regulatory policy, mergers, intellectual property, and litigation matters, including damages and class certification, she is an economic adviser to private-sector clients and government agencies. 

Meg has experience in regulatory policy, including economic analyses of markets, price caps, capacity, and community needs assessment, and she leads the Center’s comprehensive economic impact studies for health systems and other sectors. Meg has served as assistant chief of the US Department of Justice antitrust division and an economist at the Federal Reserve Board, and she taught economics at Duke University’s Institute of Policy Sciences.
