Terms and Conditions
- Only fully paid registrations will be confirmed.
- Notice of cancellation must be received in writing.
- A 50% deduction of your registration fee will be charged for cancellations received after Monday, 20 July 2026.
- No refunds will be processes after Monday, 21 September 2026.
- Exhibition Setup: Exhibitors who are building custom stands may commerce set-up from 09h00 on Tuesday 29 September 2026. All other exhibitors may have access to the exhibition area from 14h00 on Tuesday, 29 September 2026.
- NB – The Exhibition is open to delegates from 07h00 on Wednesday, 30 September 2026 .
- Exhibition Breakdown: Breakdown may ONLY commence from 17h00 on Friday, 2 October 2026.
