Ms Mapato Ramokgopa is an economist with over 20 years of experience in competition economics and economic regulation. Her expertise covers competition policy and antitrust, market conduct, enforcement, market inquiries and studies, and evidence-informed public policy. She is an Economist and Executive Manager in the Market Conduct Division at the Competition Commission South Africa. She has worked across several divisions, leading strategic investigations, managing special projects, and coordinating market research and sector studies.
